Tonight we went to Zoobilation at the Audubon Zoo...

It was pretty hot and sweltering today, and our original plan was for the kids to go to the Cool Zoo, which is why Emma has on her bathing suit top. It was getting really hot so I let both girls take off their shirts. We ended up not going to the Cool Zoo because of the weather...
Then we found the duck statue...
On to the petting zoo...
Emma first of all grabbed a brush and began brushing this goat...

Elyse insisted that the big water feature with the family of elephants in it when you first walk in the zoo was a pool. She kept trying to lean over and touch the water. I was very worried she would end up in it...
What started out to be extremely hot, muggy, and almost unbearable weather turned out to be a great afternoon with overcast, breezy weather... Thanks Mawmaw and Pawpaw for bringing us to the Audubon Zoo...
